Returns + Refunds Policy

Returns

We want you to love your piece. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
• Custom-made products are final sale and not eligible for return. Each piece is handmade to order specifically for you
• To initiate a return, email us at info@thesalooneedit.com with your order number and reason for return

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thesalooneedit.com with photos of the item; we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
